Getting your purchases home for you

Please note that we are unable to accept orders for delivery in the Highlands, channel Island, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and outside the UK.


·       Delivery costs and surcharges.

Delivery is free of charge to most of the
UK on all items over £150.00, all other items under £150.00 a £15.00, delivery charge will be made, this will be added to your finial invoice, however please note that some areas of Scotland, Wales and the South west will have a delivery surcharge. Please see information on each listing page.

This will have to be paid separately and is not added to your invoice, the shop will contact you to arrange payment.

Please make sure you provide us with a contact email and phone number in case we need to contact you, without these there might be a delay in getting the goods to you.


Surcharges will apply to the following areas.

Areas  KA9 - KA30, KY, FK = £25.00 surcharge

Areas  G, ML, EH, DG, TD, KA1 - KA9 = £22.50 surcharge

Areas  PL, TQ, TR, LL10 - LL78, SA14 - SA99, SY10 - SY25 = £20.00 surcharge


Home Delivery

One man delivery service for smaller items.

The delivery company will contact you prior to your delivery to confirm a date, once a date has been agreed you will be sent a conformation email.

Please note that one man delivery service is to your front door only, apartment blocks and flats delivery is to the front lobby area only.

Please note a signature will be required on delivery, if you notice any product or packaging is damaged please make sure the driver is aware and make a note of this on the driver’s paperwork.

Please note it is your reasonability to ensure there is adequate access for your furniture to be delivered, any products returned will incur a charge if the furniture is returned for this reason. ( See refunds and cancellations )

Two man delivery for larger items to room of choice.

The delivery company will contact you prior to your delivery to confirm a date, once a date has been agreed you will be sent a conformation email.

All of our deliveries are made during working weekdays, Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8am to 7pm.

Delivery Lead Times

Most items are delivered directly from our manufacturers.

Delivery lead times will vary; lead times are clearly stated on the product page.

Please note we try to deliver within the delivery times quoted but sometimes certain factors beyond our control, such as weather, breakdowns can result in small delays.

Deliveries to remote areas where there is a surcharge may take up to 7 – 10 working days longer.

Delivery Information

When ordering please email us to notify us of any parking issues, narrow roads and difficult access points so that we can ensure the delivery driver is made aware. Failure to disclose this information may delay the delivery and could incur a surcharge.

We will never arrange a delivery without contacting you first.

Once your goods are ready for dispatch, you will be contacted direct at least 24 hours in advance of the delivery date. If you cannot accept the delivery date we will rearrange for a more convenient time.

 If a date is agreed and no one is home to accept delivery, this will be classed as a failed delivery and a surcharge will be incurred which would be payable before another delivery date is arranged.
